四、The working principle of

This product is mass-produced after design modification and optimization of Italian models. The final piston adopts special technology, the piston ring adopts Japanese Riken technology, and all cast products are cast by foreign professional large factories. The products have been on the market for more than ten years, and have been well received by users. This product uses three cylinder three stage compression, splash lubrication, inter-stage safety valve and filtration system. HC-W265 can provide safe compressed air for any industry requiring high pressure pure air source, and provide safe compressed air to meet the requirements of human breathing. This product is designed, produced and tested in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 12929-2008 "Marine High Pressure Piston Air Compressor". Air quality in line with EN12021 international respiratory compressor respiration standard; HC-W265 is a kind of air compression equipment, it will free state of air 1 kg (1bar/0.1Mpa), through the stepwise compression of the gauge pressure of 300 kg (300bar/30Mpa) high pressure gas, the air flows through the separator and filter in the unit, remove the oil and impurities contained in the high pressure air, It can also filter the inhaled air containing fine particulate matter (PM2.5) below the safety value of 10 micrograms, in line with the standards formulated by the World Health Organization, so that the exhaust gas is clean and tasteless, providing high purification, clean and tasteless, safe and reliable compressed breathing air for personnel.
