• The produced air quality strictly complies with international breathing air standards (such as EN12021) and is suitable for applications where human safety is critical, such as diving breathing and firefighting breathing .

• Integrated triple-stage breathing air purification system : including a high-efficiency oil-water separator, activated carbon, molecular sieve and carbon monoxide absorption layer, to ensure that the output air is clean, dry and free of harmful substances.

• Equipped with a color card detection window , it allows for direct monitoring of filter element saturation and timely maintenance.

• The final stage is equipped with a safety valve that automatically releases pressure in case of overpressure, ensuring system safety.

• The four-stage compression design features a low compression ratio in each stage, resulting in lower operating temperatures, less wear, longer lifespan, and more stable and reliable performance.

• The splash-type high-efficiency lubrication system ensures the long-term smooth operation of internal components.

• It adopts a stainless steel cooling system and a high-strength nylon fan, which has high heat dissipation efficiency and ensures continuous and stable operation of the machine.

• The motor has built-in overload, overheat, and undervoltage protection to prevent accidental damage.

• The air intake is equipped with a paper air filter , which effectively isolates dust and particulate matter in the inhaled air.

• The inflation pressure can be selected from 225 Bar or 320 Bar to meet the pressure requirements of different equipment and applications.
