Product Overview

The HC-X100/EM is a professional-grade high-pressure air compressor, designed based on the original Italian model and optimized for mass production. This equipment features a four-cylinder, four-stage compression structure, equipped with a splash lubrication system and a high-efficiency cooling device, specifically designed to provide high-pressure, clean, and safe breathing-grade compressed air.

All key components are manufactured using superior processes: the final-stage piston undergoes a special process, the piston rings utilize Riken technology from Japan, and castings are produced by specialized large-scale factories. After more than ten years of market validation, this product has gained consistent recognition from users worldwide.

The HC-X100/EM can progressively compress free air (1 bar / 0.1 MPa) to a working pressure of 300 bar (30 MPa), while simultaneously using a multi-stage filtration and purification system to thoroughly remove oil, impurities, and odors from the air. The PM2.5 content in the exhaust air is less than 10 micrograms per cubic meter, meeting the safety standards of the World Health Organization (WHO), providing safe and reliable breathing-grade compressed air for various application scenarios.
