The HC-X100 is a high-performance, high-pressure breathing air compressor. It features an optimized architecture designed in Italy, combined with a specially manufactured final-stage piston and piston rings based on Riken technology from Japan. Key castings are produced in collaboration with large, specialized factories. This equipment adopts four-cylinder four-stage compression technology, and is equipped with a splash lubrication system, a final safety valve and a high-efficiency filtration and purification system. It can provide safe and reliable compressed air for various industries that require high-pressure pure air sources, and the quality of its output air fully meets the human respiratory safety standards.
The HC-X100 is designed, manufactured, and inspected according to GB/T 3853-2017 "Positive Displacement Compressors" standard, and its output air quality simultaneously meets GB/T31975-2015 "Technical Requirements for Compressed Air for Respiratory Protection" and GB18435-2007 "Diving Breathing Gases and Detection Methods". This equipment can compress air from its free state (1 bar / 0.1 MPa) to a working pressure of 300 bar (30 MPa) in stages. After passing through the built-in separator and multi-stage filtration system, oil, impurities, and fine particulate matter (PM2.5) are efficiently removed, resulting in clean, odorless, and safe output air that meets the relevant guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and is suitable for personnel breathing and other high-requirement applications.
