The HC-W150 is a professional-grade high-pressure breathing air compressor, derived from and optimized from German design for efficient mass production. We utilize a specially manufactured final-stage piston, piston rings based on Japanese Riken technology, and precision-cast core components in a large-scale professional factory to ensure superior quality and long-term reliability. This machine employs a three-cylinder, three-stage compression and splash lubrication system, integrating a final-stage safety valve and a high-efficiency filtration system. It can compress free air (1 bar / 0.1 MPa) to a maximum of 300 bar (30 MPa), providing safe power for any industry requiring a high-pressure, pure air source. Through multi-stage separation and filtration within the machine, oil and impurities are thoroughly removed, and fine particulate matter (such as PM2.5) in the intake air is filtered to safe levels meeting World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, producing clean, odorless, and reliable compressed breathing air.

The product is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the GB/T 3853-2017 standard for positive displacement compressors.
