Product Overview

The HC-W150/SH is a high-performance, gasoline-powered, high-pressure breathing air compressor. Based on an optimized design of a German model, and after more than ten years of mass production and market validation, it has received consistent praise from users, providing reliable, safe, and ultra-clean compressed air. It is particularly suitable for providing air supply support for breathing equipment in field operations where power supply is inconvenient or unreliable.

This unit employs a robust and durable three-cylinder, three-stage compression system with splash lubrication. Key components (such as the final-stage piston and piston rings) utilize special processes and Riken technology from Japan, and all castings are sourced from specialized large-scale foundries, ensuring exceptional durability. The integrated system is equipped with a final-stage safety valve and a complete filtration and purification unit, ensuring that the output air quality meets the most stringent international standards for human respiration. It compresses ambient air (1 bar) to a maximum discharge pressure of 300 bar (30 MPa).

Airflow is thoroughly purified after passing through a separator and multi-stage filters, removing oil, particulate matter, and odors. The output air quality meets the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines (PM2.5 <10 µg/m³ after filtration), GB/T 31975-2015 "Technical Requirements for Compressed Air for Respiratory Protection", and GB 18435-2007 "Diving Breathing Gases and Detection Methods", meeting the safety requirements for critical respiratory applications.
