The product employs three-cylinder, three-stage compression technology combined with a splash lubrication system to ensure efficient operation and long-term durability. Key components such as the final-stage piston are manufactured using special processes, piston rings utilize Riken technology from Japan, and all castings are produced by large, specialized outsourced factories, guaranteeing the overall precision and reliability of the machine.
This equipment can compress free air to a high pressure of up to 330 bar (30 MPa), and through a multi-stage separation and filtration system, thoroughly removes oil, impurities, and fine particulate matter (PM2.5 is filtered to below 10 micrograms per cubic meter). The output gas is clean and odorless, meeting the air quality guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO). The compressed air it produces is not only suitable for industrial high-pressure air supply needs, but also fully meets human respiratory safety standards, providing safe and reliable breathing air for diving, firefighting, medical, and laboratory settings.
