Product Overview

The HC-W320 is a high-pressure air compressor based on an optimized design of a German model, now in mass production. It features a specially manufactured final-stage piston, piston rings using Riken technology from Japan, and core components cast in collaboration with a large, specialized factory. Having undergone over a decade of market testing, it has earned widespread praise from users.

This product uses a three-cylinder, three-stage compression system with splash lubrication. It is equipped with a final-stage safety valve and a multi-stage filtration system, providing safe and reliable compressed air for any industry that requires a high-pressure, pure air source. The air quality fully meets the stringent requirements for human respiration.

The equipment is designed, manufactured, and inspected according to GB/T 3853-2017 "Positive Displacement Compressors" standard; the output air quality meets GB/T 31975-2015 "Technical Requirements for Compressed Air for Respiratory Protection" and GB 18435-2007 "Diving Breathing Gases and Detection Methods". The HC-W320 can compress air from its free state (1 bar / 0.1 MPa) to a high pressure of up to 300 bar (30 MPa) in stages. After passing through the separator and multi-stage filters within the unit, the air not only efficiently removes oil, moisture, and impurities, but also filters fine particulate matter (PM2.5) from the inhaled air to a safe level below 10 micrograms per cubic meter, meeting World Health Organization standards, ultimately outputting clean, odorless, safe, and reliable high-purity compressed breathing air.

• Easy and flexible operation: Equipped with a running timer, two output interfaces can simultaneously fill two gas cylinders. Standard configuration includes manual sewage discharge, with an optional automatic control system.
