This machine adopts a classic three-cylinder, three-stage compression structure and a splash lubrication system, ensuring smooth and efficient operation and easy maintenance. Key components have been comprehensively upgraded: the final-stage piston is reinforced with a special process, and the piston rings utilize Japanese Riken technology to ensure long-term sealing and wear resistance; all castings are manufactured by outsourced large-scale professional factories, guaranteeing material uniformity and structural strength. An integrated final-stage safety valve and multi-stage filtration system effectively remove oil, impurities, and odors from the air, reducing fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in the intake air to below 10 µg/m³, meeting the World Health Organization (WHO) safety guidelines. The output gas is clean and odorless, fully meeting human respiratory requirements.

The HC-W200 is designed, manufactured, and commissioned in strict accordance with GB/T 3853-2017 "Positive Displacement Compressors," and its output air quality meets national standards such as GB/T 31975-2015 "Technical Requirements for Compressed Air for Respiratory Protection" and GB 18435-2007 "Diving Breathing Gases and Detection Methods." This equipment can compress atmospheric air (1 bar) to 300 bar in stages, providing a safe and clean high-pressure air source for diving operations, firefighting breathing, medical protection, and industrial gas supply.
